Kylix is a company based on research, development and production of medical devices. The manufacturing of devices for all branches of surgery represents its core business, from surgical instruments to dedicated disposable handpieces.
Kylix was founded in May 2016 with the aim of launching the Hemodiss system, which is a bipolar radio frequency system composed of handpiece and generator, in the world market of surgical devices.
Having obtained the patent, Kylix started prototyping the device through the experience and skills of the VCM Company in Brescia. Then, in April 2019, the company obtained the CE certification with the Bureau Veritas institution.
The Hemodiss System is marketed globally, and currently present in many Italian and foreign hospitals.

Kylix works with a B2B business model, establishing commercial partnerships for the distribution of its products internationally.
The medical device market is characterized by a high demand for clinical and technological innovation in the therapeutic areas in question, which the company analyses and evaluates based on market studies, external conditions and available human resources.
